As a Technical Customer Support Specialist, you’re responsible for helping our clients with their tech-related issues by locating the source of their problem and fixing it when possible and helping them to achieve perfect reports with Supermetrics tools. You’ll also actively assist in sales processes by joining customer calls to provide solutions on technical matters.
