At Flynn, It's not just a job, it's a careerThis position will be based out of our Hanover, MD location, reporting to the Branch Manager.A Day in the LifeDevelopment And Management Of Relationships And Service Team Communication with existing customers and grow new business Responsible for all department and field staff including compensation, hiring, terminating, goal setting and performance reviews Review and update the production schedule and any safety audits Work closely with the Superintendent on workload, sales, and scheduleCompletion and/or Review of the Following for New Roofs or Roof Repairs: Quotes and tenders for maintenance, repairs, and mechanical upgrades Roof Reports which may include photos and quotes Manage workflow of invoicing and Accounts Receivables Utilize our custom app to monitor workflow and process Oversee financials and budgets Work with team on decsions of when to add staff, trucks, and equipmentWhat We Are SeekingHere's...
