Human Resources Administrator

We are currently looking for an experienced HR Administrator to become part of our organization. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in high volume non-exempt/hourly recruitment, including resume screening, applicant interviewing, and applicant sourcing practices. Essential Functions
- Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation
- Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for each position, and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations
- Continuously partner with outside recruiting sources and local organizations to find talent in the area
- Stay active with current with job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create, and release job descriptions and announcements
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc.
- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Perform other HR related duties and projects as assigned.
Required Education and Experience
- Associate’s Degree in Human Resources or related field or a combination of certifications and experience
- 2+ years’ experience in recruitment or human resources
- Bilingual English and Spanish
- Experience developing recruiting strategy highly preferred
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management, and internet search
- Familiarity with job boards, and HR software, databases, and management systems
- Proven experience conducting various types of interviews (i.e., phone, video, etc.)
