Job Description

Fluidra is seeking a Customer Service and Sales Support Admin with excellent customer service skills to join the team at our Bobe’ location in Phoenix, AZ.

WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE 

Maintain CMP’s reputation as an industry leader in customer satisfaction by acting as a liaison between customers and CMP to assist with orders, inquiries, concerns, and requests

Additionally, you will:

 

  • Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers.
  • Assisting customers in person with any needs they may have concerning orders, quotes, etc.
  • Receive, review, and process quotes by telephone, email, and fax
  • Quote follow up by phone and or email.
  • Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities
  • Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email
  • Prepare RMAs, and warranty claims
  • Keeping up with product and service information and updates
  • Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services
  • Upselling products and services
  • Closing sales and achieving sales targets
  • Communicate often with Production, Accounting Department
  • Limited travel may be required
  • Any other duties as needed
  • Create Power Point Presentations
  • Experienced with Excel and Pivot Tables  


WHAT WE SEEK

  • High school diploma/GED.
  • Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent phone skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong listening and sales skills.
  • Ability to achieve targets.
  • Ability to maintain an open line of communication with sales leaders and management team
