Customer Service Representative

Fluidra's looking for a Contract Customer Service Representative to join our team at our S.R. Smith office in Canby, OR.

WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as a key component of our team by interacting with customers via phone and email to fulfill requests for quotes, provide order status updates and advise on SR Smith products. You will demonstrate your computer navigation skills and successfully collaborate with several departments including Transportation, Operations, Sales and Customer Service to expedite processing of customer purchases orders and customer requests for information. Additionally, you will:

• Advise customers via phone and email on SR Smith's products and policies.
• Develop expertise on SR Smith's full line of products.
• Prepare freight quotes based on requests from internal and external customers.
• Develop advanced proficiency in Epicor ERP system, electronic document management system and other programs as trained.
• Maintain accurate customer records in all software systems, CRM, document management, ERP and other programs as trained.
• Maintain superior level of accuracy while doing any work.
• Communicate with Customers, Sales, Operations, Transportation and Teammates to respond to customer inquiries and to resolve discrepancies with orders.
• Acquire knowledge of customer base and unique customer requirements in order to best support our customers.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

WHAT WE SEEK

• Previous order fulfillment or customer service experience preferred.
• Must have proficient and professional phone skills.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in order to speak to customers, team members, and Sales personnel.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, answering calls and emails in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Ability to work and contribute as a team member.
• Keyboarding skills a must.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products is critical (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).
• Prior experience with CRM software, ERP systems, and electronic document management systems preferred.

EDUCATION

• High school diploma or equivalent, but an Associate's or bachelor's is preferred
