About the Role

The Marketing Coordinator supports online and offline marketing and advertising initiatives with the goal of expanding brand awareness, fine-tuning assets, and generating leads.



Duties of the Marketing Coordinator

  • Coordinate with the Marketing department to regularly update, maintain, and audit the F.I.R.S.T. Institute website’s images, videos, content, events, etc.
  • Collaborate with other school departments to keep marketing literature updated such as brochures, catalogs, admissions guide, educational pamphlets
  • Audit Admissions materials and Admissions presentations via online tours, phone interviews, or campus tours and provide constructive feedback to Director of Admissions
  • Create and improve designs and calls-to-action for marketing emails in MailChimp and Velocify for drip marketing, nurturing leads, or guiding prospects through the student life cycle
  • Collaborate on PPC campaigns by providing creative input and reviewing progress according to benchmarks such as impressions, clicks, CTR, CPL, etc.
  • Manage school reputation by soliciting emails on Grade.Us, responding to Google reviews, and providing feedback on other review sites such as Yelp and Yellow Pages
  • Schedule social media posts on Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook as well as engage with our student body
  • Work closely with Marketing team to work on special projects such as promotional shoots and advertising campaigns
  • Work closely with Marketing team and other F.I.R.S.T. faculty to coordinate special events such as graduations, orientations, open houses, workshops, etc.



  • Bachelor’s degree or related field
  • Record of success in entry-level marketing roles or internships
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, ability to work independently
  • Creative thinking abilities to spot original branding opportunities
  • Excellent oral, copywriting, and written communication skills
