Director of Talent Acquisition Fort Lauderdale, FL

Shift: Full-time- Hybrid Working Schedule

Job Summary and Qualifications

As a Talent Acquisition Director, you will provide oversight for recruiting operations for HCA's East Florida Division. You will be responsible for the implementation of the HCA recruiting philosophy, regional approach, methods and procedures, program development, and communications. In this role, you will provide overall strategic direction for the Hospital Recruitment Team by ensuring that plans, programs and services strongly align with business strategies and priorities.

Job Responsibilities

  • You will develop and drive pipeline strategies in tandem with enterprise-wide strategies including schools and other community outreach programs
  • Coordinate with government agencies and outside legal counsel to facilitate the hiring or transfer of foreign national or expatriate employees, activities may include tax filing or VISA processing
  • You will provide opportunities for recruiter development within the region
  • Identify and execute leading edge diversity programs for our Affirmative Action facilities
  • Partner with Hiring Managers and HR to understand business needs and effectively source and deliver talent necessary to achieve business outcomes
  • You will establish and maintain metrics that measure staffing performance

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 7+ years’ experience of Talent Acquisition Director experience in an acute care setting 
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in management
  • Healthcare Recruiter experience is preferred
  • Must have led a team larger than 15
  • Has to Fort Lauderdale, FL
  • Must be able to do EXCEL/ Reporting/Metrix driven
  • Must be customer service driven
  • Must be able to travel to facilities within the market

No HR Director candidates will be considered 

Candidate must be willing to relocate to Fort Lauderdale, FL

Compensation: Salary range from $135K-$155K +15% annual bonus incentive plan


Relocation assistance on a case by case basis


Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation depends on your experience.
