Sales Specialist

Since our first store opened in 1986, we have continually made customer satisfaction a top priority while offering top quality flooring products. We have multiple stores and are looking to hire a passionate Sales Specialist to join our team! We specialize in offering quality flooring and custom countertops.

Locations Hiring: ( We have a lot of locations- and one might be near you!)

• San Carlos
• San Francisco (downtown and Yes- it does have parking :)

Responsibilities:

• Present and sell flooring products and services to new and existing customers in the Showroom
• Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
• Resolve customer inquiries and any customer concerns
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
• Create sales material to present to customers
• Sales Consultant can work solely in the showroom and/or go to customers homes to provide estimates

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Familiarity with CRM platforms /QFloors (training offered)
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Open to work any day of the week

We are open M-F 9-7:00, (working 9-6 or 10-7), Saturday, 9-5:30 and Sunday 11:00-5:30.  Five day work week.

Benefits package offered and Sales Consultant can work in the showroom only and/or in the showroom and going to customers home to provide estimates.

This is a draw with commission sales opportunity with HIGH earning potential!
