To be successful as an IT Data/Support Analyst, you should be able to provide exceptional service and perform administrative responsibilities efficiently. Ultimately, a good IT support analyst should be able to display excellent problem-solving skills and a solid knowledge of IT solutions.
IT Support Analyst Responsibilities:
· Performing analysis of root causes.· Developing checklists for reoccurring problems.· Developing recommendations for procedures to prevent problems.· Evaluating and resolving complex problems that arise.· Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.· Performing user administrative tasks· Work with business leaders to identify opportunities for improvement· Create reports for internal teams and/or external clients· Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data· Use graphs, infographics and other methods to visualize data· Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business decisions· Structure large data sets to find usable information· Create presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings IT Support Requirements: · 2 - 3 years of experience in an end-user support role.· Proficiency in Microsoft Enterprise.· Familiar with Quickbase platform.· Ability to work independently.· Exceptional customer service skills.· Technical writing skills· Analytical and problem-solving skills· Ability to set and meet deadlines· Ability to work in high-pressure situations· Excellent attention to detail
