Why become a Customer Success Associate?
Flipt is a non-traditional pharmacy benefits manager with fully funded plan sponsor customers. The Customer Success Associate will own the relationship with a portion of our customers. The Associate will be a single point-of-contact and is responsible for customer onboarding, account support, engagement campaigns, and customer advocacy.
As customer issues arise, the Associate will work with Product, Tech, Legal, Finance, and other teams to ensure that the issues are prioritized and resolved. The Associate will run weekly business reviews, optimize existing processes, and help develop new features and services on behalf of the customer. The Associate needs to understand the customer well enough to proactively address their concerns, but also be able to diagnose emerging issues reactively based on data and anecdote. The success of the Flipt / customer interaction will depend on the Associate, so it is a critical role for Flipt's future. Are you up to the challenge?
- 4 years' experience in project management, sales, or in a client-facing role
- Relentless customer focus
- Ability to think clearly, problem-solve, and prioritize in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
- Confidence to develop ideas independently and execute on them with limited supervision
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience working with an app-based platform
- Experience in the health care ecosystem (insurance, pharmacy benefit management, biotech, or pharma)
