Entry Level Maintenance Technician

Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus, however if you don't have this exact experience don't let that deter you from applying, as we have a team who will train you to be successful in your role!
We are hiring for all shifts: 1st (650 a.m. -320 p.m.), 2nd (2:40 p.m. - 11:10p.m.) and 3rd shift (10:30 p.m. - 7 a.m.) for immediate start!
What You Will Do:
- Adhere to all safety compliance and standards
- Perform simple to complex repairs, calibrations and modifications of equipment, facilities and systems.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose causes of equipment failures and apply corrective actions. Resolve equipment breakdowns in efforts to minimize downtime.
- Perform rebuilds, installations and upgrades. Perform routine tasks under moderate supervision.
- Perform production work as directed to assist Machine Operators set up and operate machines
- Follow standardized methods of work
What You Need to Succeed:
- You must have the ability to see well, including strong depth perception and the ability to distinguish between colors
- You will be required to continuously or near continuously stand and maintain your balance
- You will need to be able to frequently (4 or more hours per day): lift, carry (25-50 lbs.), stoop, twist, and reach (overhead and to the side)
- You need to be able to occasionally walk, push & pull heavy carts
- Climbing, kneeling, and crouching may also be required
