Currently seeking an Operations Manager for a technical environmental cleaning organization.
This company utilizes a very unique technology along with skilled personnel to clean oil and mixed service storage tanks throughout both the United States and Canada. Through vast experience within the industry, we know that every tank is different and therefore every tank cleaning must be approached differently. The ultimate company goal is to provide world-class technology to efficiently clean the tank while protecting all personnel and reducing the volume of waste resulting in a safe, clean, and efficient tank cleaning.
In this position we are seeking someone that knows and understands the Turnaround management structure and has experience working in the industrial/refinery setting.
This person will be responsible for:
- Management of the P&L
- Management of the 6+ Project Managers
- Building out financials and utilizing them to make key decisions for operations (including Cost Management, Asset Management, Evaluating daily costs, Daily burn rates, etc.
- New Hire Training (Must know how to put together a new hire plan for training/expectations to roll out before they go out and work under any of the PM's)
Must be someone that knows and understands the field of work and can assess, get involved, and fix problems before or as they occur.
This individual must have good communication skills and be able to interface with clients at all levels (Field Personnel - Management staff - C-level Executives)
