Job Description

Job Overview 

We are seeking someone who can assist the Bursar Team on the daily operations and provide support to the different financial needs of our prospective and current students in all of our programs. You are somebody who has strong communication and quantitative skills, has passion for education and technology and is excited about thriving in a dynamic environment, which is fast-paced and often involves wearing multiple hats. In this position, you will have the opportunity to meaningfully contribute to the rapid growth of our organization by helping students have the best financial solution while they are changing their lives through transformative education.


  • Ensure financial clearance of prospective students in a timely manner
  • Think creatively about how to efficiently solve student finance requests and issues
  • Respond quickly to finance related inquiries and requests within our ticketing platform
  • Send out invoices and receipts to students
  • Processes refunds and financing method adjustments (e.g. loan/installment plan reduction) 
  • Escalate finance issues that might impact the students and the school on a broader scale
  • Perform administrative and operational duties as needed

  • Someone with excellent written communication and organizational skills

  • 2+ years of experience directly related to the responsibilities and qualities specified
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, G Suite (worksheets), Zendesk and Stripe (preferred but not required) 

Expected Compensation Range

  • $25/hr.
