Job DescriptionFlagler County Insurance Agency is seeking a professional back-office market coordinator able to craft creative messages, analyze data, and explore and improve marketing strategies. The successful candidate will help management reach their targeted audience and increase consumer engagement. Choose appropriate targeting options to increase engagement.Help create effective copy that will influence buyer decisions.As a Marketing Coordinator must be a self-starter with attention to detail and have... superior project coordination skills.Work with Agency Marketing Team to build creative and collateral new marketing strategies.Measure how well marketing campaigns and other projects are performing and suggest improvements.Work with other vendors to accomplish a coordinated marketing strategy within each campaign project.Requirements In-depth understanding of campaign strategies and ability to work with current Search Engine Optimization (SEO) vendor to maximize returns. Analytical mindset.
Advanced organizational skills. Ability to interpret and organize large amounts of data and to multi-task. Strong communication skills.
Ability to communicate with management providing ideas, suggestions and results. Advanced working knowledge of Excel
