Sales Project Administrator

Five9, a leader in cloud contact center software, is actively searching for a highly professional, self-motivated Sales Project Administrator. This individual will provide general and complex support to the SVP, Sales in a fast-paced, challenging environment.

Qualifications and Style:

The ideal candidate will be a strong brand ambassador, self-motivated, organized, and confident in their abilities as a professional team member. They will proactively engage in a fast-paced environment with a cross-functional team to learn the business and master the expectations of the role. They will possess sound judgment and will be able to keep a firm grasp of the corporation's ever-evolving goals, charters, priorities, key players, timelines, and needs.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Maintains the project schedules from start to finish ensuring deliverables meet requirements. Monitors the progress of individual project activities and addresses potential issues, working with all stakeholders to understand and track delivery, devise plans, anticipate risks and ensure effective issue resolution.
  • Manage and organize Sales off-sites, internal conference and customer and partner onsite visits (San Ramon and San Francisco) – task orientated/coordination
  • Communicates effectively with other team members concerning project management process.
  • Works closely with the sales team by providing sales administrative support, information and direction
  • Maintain in depth knowledge of the sale organization to support needs of the business
    thorough understanding of company policy and application of judgement.
  • Create presentations and reports for the sales leadership team for internal and external use
  • Actively participate in Sales meetings and events
  • Other special projects as assigned helping all of the Sales Org
  • Heavy calendar management
  • Master a flexible work-style, leveraging business messaging applications and video conferencing

Education and Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience providing support at a VP or above level, with a demonstrated strong performance and 2 or more executive references
  • Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
  • Excellent technical skills and strong knowledge of MS Office Suite as well as Slack and other collaboration tools
  • Knowledge of standard executive office administrative practices and procedures
