At this time, we are seeking a personal care assistant or certified nursing assistant to join our team. Responsibilities include delivering outstanding customer service while monitoring and/or assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADL’s), instrumental activities of daily living (IADL’s), and self-administration of medications in a manner consistent with each residents’ care plan, and as aligned with company policies and state regulations; consistently demonstrating respect for residents’ rights; timely reporting of changes in residents’ conditions; and working collaboratively with co-workers
Position requires strong customer service focus and positive disposition; previous experience taking vital signs and providing assistance with ADLs/IADL's with a geriatric population, CNA certification desirable; previous work experience in a personal care home, assisted living other long term care environment; CPR certification also preferred
