We are seeking motivated Inside Sales Agents (ISA) to assist our growing Real Estate Team! You'll be calling on warm leads who have already expressed interest in either buying or selling real estate. Most of your job will consist of connecting with these leads and helping them in their online home search until they are ready to meet with our Realtors. You will also assist in all aspects of the process by cultivating, setting appointments, and managing leads in our contact management database system. You will obtain critical information about buyer/seller leads and schedule appointments with qualified leads for the Listing and/or Buyer Specialists.
The ideal candidate is passionate about achievement, draws energy from working with people, and takes ownership of the sales process to maximum effectiveness. This person has the drive and tenacity to achieve or exceed productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets while effectively assisting customers with their inquiries. This position isn't for everyone. If you are scared to talk to people on the phone, this isn't for you. If you are not self-motivated, this isn't for you. If you don't have a team attitude, might want to keep looking. We only want people that are super excited about life and those that have an attitude to crush it.
Responsibilities • Have a strong mindset • Primary duties include outbound calling, e-mail communication, texting, coordination, and scheduling of real estate buying and selling opportunities and overall management of sales pipeline through the sales cycle • Accurately qualify potential customers for appointments with field agents • Manage the cultivation of inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments • Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections • Qualify leads to accurately convey motivation, competition, and financial specifics to real estate agents • Follow up skills are key to success with this job. • Set up as many appointments as possible • Ideally 3-5 appointments daily for the team
Qualifications • Possesses strong happy skills - a positive mindset. • Has excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills • Practice, memorize, and internalize scripts and is dynamic, articulate, and well-spoken • Independent and self-motivated • Extremely strong phone skills: ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor's degree preferred • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills • Enjoys people • Extroverted personality • Out of the box thinker.
