So, what do we need from you?
As a Franchise Business Advisor, you’ll be speaking with potential franchisees over the phone to see if they’re a good fit for our franchise, guiding them through the signing process by working out a solid plan for launch.
There are no cold calls and no high-pressure tactics in our process. Every day, dozens of highly interested prospects apply online to become Fit Body Boot Camp franchisees. Once we confirm their applications, you get to schedule the first call and start the process with a friendly “get to know you” session.
From there, it’s simply a matter of discovering each prospect’s unique needs, looking over their track record, and helping them make the decision that’s best for them.
We want someone with a proven track record in sales, a service-oriented approach to business, and high professional standards. We want someone who is ready to follow up with prospects to make sure they get answers to every single one of their questions and concerns. Above all, we are looking for someone that can uphold our core values of Delivering Excellence and Driving Change!
