**Position Description** **What does a great Advisory Services Specialist do?** You will ensure predictable, consistent, and successful delivery of Electronic Payments solutions and build scalable and repeatable processes that help ensure quality delivery. Zelle will be the primary product line you will be working with. In addition, you will partner with internal stakeholders to develop roll-out strategies for new products and features, and with the Sales team to define creative solutions to align with their specific business needs, which are not met by an out of the box product. We believe that technical skills are key for this role as partnerships are created with key internal/external stakeholders, to gain trust, and become the go-to person & SME for detailed questions from project managers. **Essential responsibilities include:** + Prepare and conduct informal and formal presentations. + Display solid understanding of the organization's business strategies and apply knowledge to all activities. + Build relationships with all functional areas + Work with internal partners to support the optimal deployment of Fiserv product/service offerings. + Identify critical operational improvements that lead to higher quality, faster delivery, and lower cost. + Partner with key internal resources to become a trusted SME POC. + Author project cost estimating and contract generation. + Provide leadership with the information and venues to make effective, timely decisions. **You're the kind of person who:** + Operates independently with minimal guidance by management. + Has exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills and can perform root cause analysis. + Is able to build relationships with, and influence, other functional areas. + Demonstrates excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, and can craft and deliver presentations. If you are looking to utilize your strong communication and relationship management skills then we want to hear from you. **Basic qualifications for consideration:** + Minimum 3 years of experience with product consulting and client advisory support + Project management experience + Proficiency with MS Office + Ability to travel up to 10% **Preferred qualifications for consideration:** + Bachelor's degree + Exposure to bill payment processing, Zelle, and banking platforms experience + Experience working in the Information Technology and/or Financial industry + Domain experience in payments and financial services + Experience working in a large complex matrix environment + Experience with Clarity + Understanding of electronic money movement via ACH and card rails + Functional and technical familiarity with SOAP and Restful APIs, mobile development, problem identification, strategy development, implementation, solution deployment, and client training **Who we are:** Electronic Payments provides solutions to the financial services industry for electronic billing and payments, online banking and mobile banking, online funds transfer, person-to-person payments, business-to-consumer payments and personal financial account aggregation services.
