Data Entry/Collections Specialist

The position is to enlist the help of an Office Support Specialist that can preform data entry, extract information from one system transfer it to other databases, filing, faxing, light phone answering and other general office duties. Candidates need to have excellent communication skills, be excel savvy, maintain accurate and efficient data entry, as well as practice exceptional customer service. Our ideal candidate will be of a professional midset and have recent in office experience. Previous experience in collections is a plus but not a requirement.
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday
Work Hours: 8am-5pm with some flexibility
*Short-term position extending through the first quarter.
*This is not a remote position but candidates should have a computer and reliable internet access just incase.
*This location is not open to the general public.
