This position provides a wide variety of administrative and staff support services. Performs office work directly related to HOA collection. May assist with all aspects of the collection process, including answering the phone, correspondence and completing workflows.

Ensures that the telephone is answered properly and messages are handled courteously, accurately and in a timely manner.

Education & Experience
Must possess a High School diploma.

Duties of maintaining files and records will involve stooping, bending, lifting, and grasping, pushing, pulling, or otherwise moving objects weighing as much as 25 lbs. This type of activity may occur several times throughout the day.
Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
Must have finger dexterity for typing/using a keyboard
Must be able to hear in order to receive telephone calls and voice mail messages
