Customer Service Representative: The hours currently are 10:30-7 Monday-Friday. (Hybrid-working 2-3 days in office)
We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative with strong interpersonal skills and the energy to work in a fast-paced environment. Our Customer Service Representatives provide support to field sales team and customers. Once hired to FTE - 401k plus vision, dental and medical benefits, as well as a paid holiday and PTO package day one.
Responsibilities:
· Responds to inquiries via phone, email and other internal systems.
· Resolves customer and sales rep issues.
· Conducts order entry, modification and status activities.
· Reviews and issues product returns, credit memos and document requests.
Qualifications & Requirements:
· High School Diploma or GED.
· Strong analytical skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
· 1+ years in an in-bound call center environment is preferred.
· Experience with SAP is helpful.
· Attendance and punctuality are important for performance.
