Sales Agent

Our dynamic car rental agency currently operates four locations in the heart of Waikiki. As we continue to expand, we're looking for a motivated Sales Agent to join our team. This role is central to our business, driving revenue through diligent sales efforts and providing tailored solutions for our customers' needs.

Salary:

$50,000 - $60,000 per year with the opportunity to significantly boost your earnings through monthly sales bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maximize revenue opportunities by actively offering products and services and overcoming customer objections

• Prepare the rental agreement, advising on and upselling vehicles and optional extras according to customer needs

• Handle incoming calls, including reservations, rate quotes, and general inquiries, providing friendly and helpful responses

• Communicate via telephone and email in a courteous and professional manner

• Ensure world-class customer service and sales support

• Process all types of car rental transactions efficiently

• Meet and greet customers in a friendly and timely manner, providing directions and general assistance

• Assist in assessing the condition of rentals upon return

• Process returns, check-ins, and exit kiosk transactions

• Understand and communicate rental terms and conditions, vehicle features, and other services

• Notify management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenance

• Maintain fleet inventory, coordinate rental transfers with other branches, and run miscellaneous reports

• Complete administrative tasks, including daily lists to assist the branch

• Achieve individual sales goals and uphold company standards and processes

• Handle or assist in resolving customer issues

• Maintain a safe and clean work area

Qualifications:

• Must hold a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record.

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.

• Passion for cars and a strong understanding of different vehicle features.

• Exceptional sales, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is highly desirable.

• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

• Proficient multitasker able to balance customer service with administrative duties.
