We are currently seeking to fulfill a full-time position for a Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and marketing tasks, here at First National Mortgage Bankers, (a branch of Mortgage One, a Michigan based lender), located in downtown Birmingham servicing clients all over the state of Michigan and beyond. 1. Manage company social media sites, creating content, posting and bringing our social media presence to the next level

2. Manage our CRM, JUNGO to include maintaining our database, emails, borrower follow-up and much more

3. Intimately learn our streamlined mobile mortgage solution, Pro Snap, creating realtor profiles, borrower interface and education office staff on changes

4. Coordinate ordering and delivery of closing gifts which include travelling to closings to meet our borrowers and realtors, providing superior customer satisfaction

5. Closed client follow up to include managing company reviews

6. Assist manager with project based tasks
