Job Description

Entrepreneurial commercial real estate development and management company is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant. Fast paced office provides a great learning environment. If you are a detail oriented, proactive, team player, with a strong work ethic, let's talk.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare contracts and correspondence
  • Communicate tenant and lease issues effectively to appropriate Leasing Agent or Property Manager
  • Process tenant maintenance requests
  • Data entry; work orders, purchase orders, charge batches, etc
  • Answer telephone calls and greet tenants

Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to build rapport with tenants and property owners
  • Well organized with excellent time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Competency in MS Windows and Office Suite

 

Compensation based on experience

**Must be able to pass a background check
