1st Choice Home Health and Hospice, Inc.is actively looking for Community Liaisons to join our agency in the San Francisco, Santa Clara, and East Bay counties.

You will be responsible for interaction in the community and promoting company services. Including but not limited to the following
- Identifying sales opportunities.
- Strong sales and relationship building skills
- Visit Doctor’s offices, hospitals, assistant livings, and other possible sources of referrals
- Identifying, winning, and retaining clients.
- Able to execute multiple tasks at one time
- Develop sales/marketing objectives and sales projections
- Develop a marketing plan, identify priorities, and set reasonable timetable.
- Valid Drivers License
- Must be willing to travel locally
- Proof of car insurance
- Must have their own vehicle
- At least 1-year experience in marketing, nursing or social work interacting with health agencies/professionals.
- Must be organized and detail oriented
- Must be able to communicate effectively in writing, orally in English
- Submit to/pass a criminal background check.
- A plus if bilingual.
- Previously established relationship with facilities and hospitals.
- Be able to interact with a health professional at all levels.
