OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

First Choice Services is seeking a permanent outside sales professional to cultivate and support our growth.
Outside Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Specialize in generating new business in an assigned territory through prospecting, cold calling B2B, networking and referrals.
- Conduct outbound phone calls to qualified prospects to schedule face-to-face meetings.
- Develop a number of potential prospects to guarantee future sales growth.
- Utilize needs satisfaction selling skills to develop unique client specific solutions for each prospect encountered.
- Meet/exceed monthly sales goals.
Outside Sales Representative Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal, telephone, presentation, oral and written communication skills.
- Successful closing skills
- Strong work ethic/superior time management
- Ability to influence decision makers at all levels of an organization, from CEO to a front office professional.
