As a full-time Accounting Clerk
Key responsibilities include:
1. Provide accounting and clerical support
2. Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
3. Data entry for financial transactions
4. Prepare bank deposits, general ledger posting and statements
5. Reconcile accounts
6. Research, track and restore accounting and other related documentation problems and discrepancies
7. Compile reports and summaries
8. Communicate with other team members
Required Skills:
1. Experience with accounting software packages
2. Competency in MS Office (excel and word) are required
3. Accuracy and attention to detail
4. Well organized
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills
6. Strong willingness to team and collaborate to complete projects and tasks
7. High degree of professionalism & confidentiality
