We are looking for an Inside Sales Account Manager to join our growing team in Aventura, FL. Are you looking for a new opportunity in sales? We are willing to train you! An ideal candidate must have full-time availability, must be personable, and have good communications skills. The candidate must also be a self-starter and able to perform work duties with little to no supervision. Sales experience is preferred but not required. Your career as an Inside Sales Manager will be to engage new clients to provide them with personalized solutions for their healthcare needs.

Pay ranges from $50,000- $125,500 (DOP/DOE).

As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you will provide support to clients through the phone and go over the information that a client needs through business solutions as required for the role. You take care of the potential clients and adapt their needs through a continually growing relationship, assisting clients with best plan options for them, their families or small businesses in health care.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Sales, Customer Service, or related field: 1 year (preferred)
• 2 years college (Preferred not required )
• Computer and Phone literacy
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Familiarity with CRM platforms a plus
• Ability to Achieve Results
• Ability to communicate well with clients

• Able to work Monday through Friday
