You have a desire to build and expand Adopt Technologies' track record of excellent systems dependability and performance as well as outstanding client support. You are excited by the opportunity to work as part of the Engineering Team to design and implement technical solutions, complete complex projects, while serving as part of the highest level of support for escalated issues from existing clients.

Qualities we are looking for in a great Systems Engineer:

Analytical - You are able to use your analytical skills to assist in the analysis, design, and development of fully integrated cloud solutions. You have the knowledge to maintain and implement virtualization infrastructures and implement and maintain local area networks and Wi-Fi systems. You ensure operational procedures and practices are well defined, documented, and consistently applied.

Technical Skills - You have experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2012, 2016 and 2019 builds and migrations and a strong knowledge of and experience with Active Directory management, Group Policy, DNS, RDS, and PowerShell. You have a strong knowledge of Office 365 with ability to administrate and perform migrations, and of networking concepts with firewall and switch management experience. You also have VMware and general virtualization knowledge and SAN administration experience.

Organization & Time Management Skills - You can support and track multiple projects and design, develop, and deploy appropriate networking, compute, and storage solutions. You can juggle competing priorities, while prioritizing client experience and you thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Team Player - You work effectively with leaders and team members throughout all departments of the company. You can train and mentor other Adopt Technologies technicians to support client systems and products.

Service Orientation - You will foster client relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained. You can respond to clients and support technicians regarding escalated issues and resolutions and respond in a timely manner to escalated system alarms to resolve issues.

Communication Skills - You have excellent listening and communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with clients, technical team members and company leadership.
