Inside Sales Operations Specialist - Firebrand Artisan Bread 
This position is full time in-person Monday thru Friday, from 8 am to 4:30 pm in Alameda, CA

The Job 

• Provide excellent customer service to all Firebrand Wholesale Partners
• Onboard new customers in a timely and accurate manner
• Incremental sales, work with the sales team to upsell new products and promotions to current customers
• Contact previous customers to restart business
• Support sales managers/representatives to help close new accounts
• Generate sales leads by various forms of outreach
• Work with sales managers to develop presentations and price lists to distribute as required
• Work with R&D, production and Sales Ops to develop and publish new product
  
• Sales Operations communications and Customer email communications
  
• Reviews and analyzes customer credits and complaints, and presents to all managers the findings
• Support the Sales Operation Specialists during their absence, including order entry, leading to daily production plans, packing sheets and delivery routes
• Inputs new account information into CRM
• Support sales team with necessary customer information and requests
  
• Provides additional support as requested by the sales team or company leadership
  
  

Requirements

• You’re 18 years or older 

• Are available to work holidays 
• Are legally eligible to work in the US 
• Can make it to work consistently and on time

Preference will be given to applicants who  

• Have some previous experience in Café and/or Restaurant
