REQUIRED SKILLS & OBJECTIVES

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative thinking and problem-solving aptitude
• Self-motivated and ability to work autonomously
• Collaborate with others to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being met  
  
• Organized, detail-oriented, responsive and diligent
• Driver’s license, functioning vehicle, and ability to regularly visit properties within your region
• Develop a thorough understanding of our service offerings to identify new opportunities with existing customers 
• Sales experience and/or property maintenance or management experience preferred.

COMPENSATION

$75K-105K anticipated first year based on a combination of salary, earned commissions and bonus potential. Finnmark offers generous paid time off and company paid insurance benefits.
