Fine Fettle Dispensary is looking for a dispensary manager with a passion for retail and the marijuana industry to join our team. The applicant must be results driven, highly motivated, and share our values in providing excellent and positive, professional service to our medical marijuana patients and recreational cannabis customers. The dispensary manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations at the store level including managing personnel, training, scheduling, overseeing purchasing/inventory manager, policy and procedures, and overall operations of the dispensary.
Essential Job FunctionsOversee and develop a team who are passionate about retail, marijuana, and the service they provide.Provide a warm reception for all staff, visitors and incoming customers and ensure that processes for greeting, registering, conducting new patient orientations and informing individuals of the rules and regulations are followedCoordinate with security to ensure that all protocols regarding patient flow through the dispensary are being followed Ensure patient records are complete, accurate and updated (medical)Address and resolve all staff and customer issues communicating with sensitivity and respectEnsure that appropriate data is transmitted to METRC as required by state lawMentor, motivate, elevate and inspire the team through training and performance reviews to ensure the company’s culture and expectations are met and exceededEnsure compliance to all state regulations and company policies and procedures are being followed by all employeesIdentify and develop process improvements to assist with company growth and retention of patients
Develop a secure, organized and compliant system for purchase, receipt, storage and processing of inventory orders using POS and Inventory Management SystemDevelop a quality assurance process and resolve quality concernsFacilitate daily, weekly and monthly inventory audit process, ensuring proper product and sales records for company and state procedures and protocols.Job Requirements3 years of retail management experienceExemplary oral and written communication skills and customer service skillsPossess strong leadership skillsStrong compliance and regulation knowledgeStrong knowledge of patient rights and passion to serve patients with debilitating conditionsDetail-oriented and focusedAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentStrong knowledge of standard POS system interfaces and functions
Must be flexible regarding work schedule and willing to work evening and weekends including opening and closing shifts when neededMust be willing to submit to and pass a comprehensive background check Preferred Skills/AbilitiesPrior experience in opening new retail stores Prior experience working with natural or alternative medicines and therapiesPrior experience within the marijuana industry
