Client in Downtown Columbia looking to add a temporary Administrative Assistant to their team through the end of 2020. This is a great opportunity for someone seeking an entry level business professional role, or, for a more tenured professional who specializes in making a memorable first impression. An ideal candidate will be professional, organized, detail oriented and enthusiastic.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Strong data entry and attention to detail
  • Administrative support across departments
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Must be flexible with a great attitude

 

Requirements include:

  • Must maintain a professional attitude and standards at all times
  • Maintain high level of professional customer service
  • Must be able to handle and prioritize many tasks simultaneously
  • Must be detail oriented and be able to take initiative
  • Advanced experience in Microsoft Word
