- This role will provide support to Client’s Tax Business School (TBS).
- They will support the delivery of our national and virtual training programs, including setup and maintenance of large data lists in MS Sharepoint, reporting/crosschecking data in MS Excel, management and tracking of program materials (both printed and electronic), assistance with training registration, program logistics and close-out procedures. In addition, this role will assist with other administrative duties and special projects as determined by the TBS team needs.
*This role will be remote until we are able to return to our office.
- Strong MS Suite including Excel and Sharepoint a must.
- Ability to multi-task multiple projects and strong organizational skills needed.
- Strong communication sklls, both verbal and written are need in this role.
- 0-3 years of experience.
- Minimum Degree Required: Associate Degree
- Experience with Poll Everywhere and virtual training desired.
- Previous experience in learning and development, data analysis and/or meeting planning a plus.
- Experience with Poll Everywhere and virtual training preferred.
- Education: A university degree is preferred
