Job Description

We are seeking an Office Admin/Client Service Representative to join our Team! You will be responsible for professionally interacting with clients and team members while providing operational and administrative support. The position requires excellent customer service and organizational skills, ability to multi-task with impeccable accuracy, and working independently in a fast-paced office environment. Successful candidates will have a professional demeanor, strong track record in a Financial Services environment (Series 7 License helpful but not required), and exceptional written and verbal communications skills.
