Are you an experienced sales person or event planner interested in a career position sincerely helping seniors protect their families and their assets? In order to keep up with demand our funeral home is looking for confident and caring people to become Family Service Counselors for Preneed Funeral Sales. What does this mean?
Full time career, commission based, flexible hours with some in home sales
First 4 months’ salary during training
Full-time benefits including, health insurance, 401(k) retirement program, dental and vision care reimbursement and more.
Comprehensive product training program and professional sales tools provided
Multiple lead generation programs with uncapped commissions
No cap on income
Our sales team is measured by performance and the service offered to families. You will be helping individuals and families prepare in advance for the financial costs associated with funeral arrangements and relieve them of some of the emotional decisions at the time of a loved one’s death. We save families thousands of dollars and provide their loved ones with much needed security and peace of mind. This position provides opportunity for generous commissions, flexible hours, and leads with seniors who need to see you!
Family Advisor will be responsible to:
Make preneed funeral arrangements/presentations with families for a family operated funeral home and cemetery company.
Experience in a sales, customer service, or event planning related role.
Looking for motivated, compassionate and goal-oriented individuals with a desire to help others.
Business professional appearance and dress.
Maintain relationship with customers regarding premium payments, aftercare and request future business and referrals.
Outstanding communication skills with ability to effectively present information to clients and their family members
Assist with customer inquiries.
Receive and record payments as received.
Give presentations and community outreach.
Company generated leads through community outreach programs and pre-planning seminars.
Prospect within the community.
Individuals who can work independently and be self-motivated
Must have or be willing to obtain an insurance license
Have a valid driver’s license
Some local travel required
