PROGRAM MANAGER

Financial & Realty Services, LLC dba FRS Professional Services, LLC (FRS in Calverton, MD, is recruiting for a Program Manager to support our federal government client. The suitable candidate will be responsible for overseeing contract administration to ensure compliance with all contract deliverables, terms and conditions, and service quality.

Responsibilities:

• Contract governance, client relationship management, performance, and deliverables management.
• Directs and manages multiple, complex, and inter-related tasks to support contract deliverables.
• Monitors program performance, contract costs, scope, and schedules to meet program and client objectives and mitigate risks.
• Ensures compliance with all applicable Federal Government and HUD rules and regulations, and industry standards.
• Prepare Monthly Status Report (MSR).
• Convenes weekly Status Meeting with client to ensure all stakeholders are informed of the activities, establishes priorities, and coordinates resolution of identified problems or opportunities.
• Develop and carry out a strategy for NextGen Transformation Initiatives. Develop a plan to effectively engage the stakeholders and encourage input on the future of Ginnie Mae’s Mortgage-Backed Securities (MBS) platform.
• Present Draft Five-Year Strategic Plan.
• Update Project Management Plan (PMP).
• Develop, maintain, enforce, and document a Quality Control Plan (QCP).

Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Ten years of experience in project management
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or FAC-P/PM Level III
• Demonstrated housing and banking finance, mortgage industry knowledge and experience
• Demonstrated management, leadership, and administrative knowledge and experience managing a contract of similar size and scope
