FileInvite is looking for an experienced sales leader to lead our North American sales team!


This is an amazing opportunity to be our first senior leader within the North American market where you will build and lead our US sales team along with helping to build culture and scale our overall success in this market. In this role, you'll be reporting to our global Vice President of Operations and Revenue, and you will be challenged with driving revenue growth and building a high-performance sales organisation.

FileInvite is a SaaS business where we solve the problem of collecting documents by email. We have hundreds of clients in the USA and need strong leadership on the ground to support our continued growth.


We are venture capital-funded and have experienced huge growth over the past 5 years. We operate in a complex and consultative sales environment, with average contract values ranging from $10k p.a. through to $300k+ p.a.


Our major use case is in financial services, banking, and lending where we help our clients collect loan documents. However, we are also used across university enrollments, legal, accounting, HR, and many other verticals.


We operate a flexible working environment and this role can operate with up to 80% WFH, however, you need to be able to commute to central Denver (at least once weekly) as we further build out the team and office.


What you’ll achieve:

3 months:

  • Continue to build a world-class organisation through recruiting, hiring, and managing a complete team of Account Executives and Business Development Executives (SDRs)
  • Coach and lead your existing team of 4 direct reports (and growing fast)

12 months:

  • Develop and report sales revenue forecasts based on visibility into direct pipeline on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Rapidly expand your sales team and develop the overall market strategy for North America
  • Work with FileInvite functional teams, including Marketing, RevOps, Channel, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering, to drive sales and product development strategy based on market needs

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience, including time as both a Sales Manager and as an Individual Sales Representative.
  • Strong analytical thinker with demonstrated command of metrics-driven sales models
  • Track record in building organisations and hiring and training top talent
  • Effective at building senior and executive relationships with key customer stakeholders
  • Proven record of driving and closing large, complex sales through fast sales cycles
  • Strong career trajectory with a history of top performance in successive roles
  • Compelling leader who can effectively coach individually and drive team motivation
  • Ability to understand, articulate, and lead complex and consultative sales processes
  • You’re high-energy, resilient, and professional.

Above the Pack

  •  Experience in a tech-focused, high-growth start-up environment is a plus as is an understanding of one or more of our key target markets.
