Meet daily/weekly performance expectations of data entry into our CRM and Customer Data Systems. Quickly and efficiently make calls to fellow team members in the field as well as valued clients to gather any necessary information. Promptly enter new and modified account data into the customer database received from field account managers.
Enter new and modified sales agreements and addendums into customer database. Follow-up with internal team and customers to ensure necessary paperwork is processed and recorded. Follow-up on customer inquiries via email or phone when appropriate to ensure key tasks are completed.
Produce and send various sales reports to appropriate departments and personnel. Executes other projects as requested by the Sales team and local leadership team. Perform various office and clerical duties as neededSuccessful team members at Fikes are: Efficient - Able to produce significant output with minimal wasted effort.
Organized - Efficient with solid daily planning and project management to consistently focus on company priorities around entering and updating important company data.
