As the BA helps to refine that solution while applying knowledge from other projects to ensure that we're crafting the most appropriate solution to the client's problem, culture, and budget.

Your primary responsibility will be facilitating discovery sessions in which all team members and the client clearly understand the problem or project and agree on a proposed solution. Steps in the BA process include:

1. Initial assessment

2. Documentation (Lucid Chart or Visio)

3. Support of existing apps

4. Demo user stories and development features to show that functional requirements are being met

5. Delivery including UAT (user acceptance testing).

The secondary and equally important responsibility will be account management of key accounts. This will allow you to apply your people skills along with your technical skills and understanding of client technology goals and roadmaps. By taking a consultative approach, you will help keep development efforts focused while also helping the company expand its relationships and opportunities with existing clients.

We listen, ask questions, take pride in our craft, accept help, manage ourselves, set priorities, and produce proven results in the custom web and mobile apps we build.

Ideal experience, skills, knowledge:

  • Typically, 5-years of experience in the software development lifecycle (SDLC) with at least two years being client-facing experience as a Business Analyst in a software development environment/company
