Qualifications

The Human Resources Operations Lead for Compensation is responsible for leading a team of Compensation Analysts who support compensation related activity for FCA. The team's responsibilities include analyzing, comparing data, and processing all compensation transactions including new hire offers, promotions, internal moves, compensation reviews, and organizational restructuring activities. The successful candidate must have the ability to make appropriate recommendations to HR leadership based on a comprehensive understanding of the compensation practices and the roles, structure and functions supported. Ability to build internal business partnerships and identify/implement process improvements to meet time-sensitive deadlines. This position will work closely with the Compensation Center of Excellence to drive consistent and standardized compensation practices in order to increase operational efficiency. This role is responsible for the growth and development plans for the team and to provide strong leadership to the HR Operations organization.
Additional job responsibilities include but not limited to:

+ Partnering closely with Human Resource Business Partners to drive process standardization across Human Resource Operational Functions
+ Reduce administrative and operational burden on managers and HRBPs through centralized, standardized and integrated processes
+ Partnering with Centers of Excellence (COE) and Human Resource Business Partners to create and implement Compensation strategies and processes
+ Represent the HRO function by communicating philosophies, processes, policies, and capabilities to business unit leaders
+ Participate with others in completing special projects as assigned


Basic Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
+ A minimum of 5 years of progressively increasing responsibility and experience in Human Resources roles
+ Ability to understand the fundamental drivers of the business and the industry at an operational level
+ Strong math and analytical skills and an ability to collect and analyze data on many factors to ensure that compensation offers are competitive and equitable
+ Ability to lead and develop teams
+ Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and support decision outcomes
+ Understanding of applicable FLSA, Pay Regulations and policies to ensure compliance
+ Ability to anticipate change and identify opportunities to optimization processes or technology
+ Excellent interpersonal skills
+ Sense of urgency
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Ability to collaborate with centers of expertise and other HR colleagues
