This Sales Executive position will sell event services to associations, organizations, and companies around the country and ultimately help drive results with clients. This position requires the prospective candidate to develop relationships with high-level prospects, including CEOs, Presidents, VPs, and Directors.
Main responsibilities include:
Ø New Business Development
Ø Performing Sales Prospecting Activities
Ø Cultivate Relationships with Key Decision Makers
Ø Research Accounts
Ø Consistent Reporting through Salesforce.com
Ø Develop proposals
Ø Conducting account discovery meetings and presentations
The successful candidate must be:
Ø A self-starter who is highly driven to succeed in a sales environment
Ø A goal-setter with a proven record of meeting deadlines and getting the job done
Ø Consistent in performing measurable and effective sales behaviors
Ø Detail-oriented and organized with excellent follow-up skills
Ø A strategic thinker who can effectively build high-level relationships
The successful candidate must have:
Ø 10+ years of successful business-to-business sales experience (possibly less if you have direct sales experience in our industry)
Ø Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office proficiencies
Ø Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ø A winning attitude and commitment to growing new business
