Job Description

Oyster Shuckers are responsible for ensuring the oysters and other products served meet the quality standards of the restaurant. Reading and following established recipes and plating requirements . Oyster Shuckers provide fast, accurate shucking of oysters. Maintain organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment. Positive interaction with guest and provide excellent service.

Felix's Restaurant & Oyster Bar is based out of New Orleans, Louisiana. Our work environment is fast paced, fun, exciting, and rewarding. We currently have five (5) locations, so there is plenty of growth potential. Pensacola Beach is our newest location. This location has 3 levels that cater to every diner. From our beautifully renovated dining rooms to the Beach Bar and of course the beautiful sunsets from our sunset and sky decks. Our Flagship location is located on Bourbon Street in the Historic New Orleans French Quarter. That location dates back to the 1940's. We also have locations in Gulfport, Mississippi, Mandeville, Louisiana and on the New Orleans Lakefront. Our food is authentic New Orleans Cuisine.
