About this role:

FSS is looking for a high energy sales representative to run our Cisco Sales Desk. Representatives will identify sales leads, pitch services to new clients, hunt for qualified leads and opportunities. We are looking for someone who can work towards cultivating and developing new business opportunities by prospecting, educating prospects, with strong follow-up. This is a great opportunity for the right individual. We have partnered with Cisco and the right candidate will receive extensive training from Cisco. This role will be heavily supported by both the Federated AND the Cisco sales teams. This is an amazing opportunity that could jumpstart any representatives career in sales and Information Technology.

What you'll be doing:

  • Attending online Cisco Training sessions which include award winning sales training methods from Hansen & Beck and Stand & Deliver.
  • Working with Territory mentors from Cisco, following up on leads, inbound sales and generating outbound sales, which include cold calls and warm calls.
  • Educating prospects and knowing what information to give to invoke interest by leading nurturing, educating, and connecting with them
  • Contacting Potential Targets
  • Qualify opportunities
  • Engage Prospects and Leads
  • Closing business and maintaining relationships
  • Maintaining the relationship with the manufacturer.
