Title: Graphic Designer

Reports To: Chief Marketing Officer

Location: Las Vegas, NV


FEATURE has provided iconic, limited-edition footwear, high-end apparel, and accessories for over a decade. Starting as a small sneaker store in Chinatown near the Las Vegas strip, we took a passion for sneaker culture and turned it into a movement of art + fashion, cultivating premium menswear from all over the globe. We’re home to over 120 of the most exclusive top-tier brands, from Nike and Stone Island to Off-White and Comme des Garcons, including our private-label brand of essential cut-and-sew apparel. At FEATURE, we’re in a never-ending pursuit of the latest and greatest niche brands. We are constantly evolving while offering some of the most exclusive, limited-release products globally. We are rapidly expanding with the success of our online store, our flagship location at Wynn Las Vegas, our original store in Chinatown, our location in Calabasas, CA, and our new location in Scottsdale, AZ.


The Graphic Designer is integral to FEATURE’s success, as they are responsible for designing graphics for FEATURE’s private label of ready-to-wear apparel, headwear, home goods + more. In addition to ideating and creating mood boards for large projects, this position is responsible for all visual assets at FEATURE’s retail locations. The Graphic Designer plays a key role in adhering to all FEATURE brand guidelines while constantly keeping in mind the brand identity.


  • Design FEATURE graphic capsules for the following:
  • Ideate fabric and pattern designs for FEATURE Ready-To-Wear collections
  • Design apparel, footwear, and accessories for brand collaborations
  • Design tech packs and preliminary drawings
  • Design a wide range of accessories, including pins, water bottles, and home goods
  • Design packaging and hang tags for the FEATURE private label
  • Create custom vitrines for retail stores
  • Adhere to brand guidelines while constantly keeping in mind the FEATURE brand identity
  • Ideate and create mood boards for large projects


  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Primarily Photoshop and Illustrator)
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Works well cross-functionally with multiple teams
  • Delivers projects on time and within the budget
  • Understands how to scale graphics to designated layouts
  • Is a natural problem solver; gets to the correct answer one way or another
  • Collaborative and works well with team members
  • Very strong communication skills with superiors and subordinates
  • Works autonomously and is a self-starter
  • Has an appetite for staying on top of news and trends related to creative design
  • Shares bold and innovative ideas
  • Always keeps our core and outreach audiences in mind when developing products
  • Carefully follows the FEATURE style guide to ensure consistency and accuracy of all content
  • Works with a sense of urgency, mainly when dealing with timely content and user engagement
  • Flexible and works well when having to pick up new projects on the fly
  • Sees projects from beginning to end


  • Bachelor’s Degree in graphic design
  • 4+ years experience in related field
  • 2+ years experience in designing apparel
  • Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
  • Background or interest in the footwear industry preferred
