Fast-paced, dynamic and proactive, the Partner Relations Coordinator will provide assistance to the VP of Strategic Partnerships in developing and managing a seamless and effective process for assessing new leads, assisting with partner negotiations and coordinating partner on-boarding.

  • Gain a strong understanding of the product, the competitive environment, and the overall market to assist in analyzing new partner leads in each region.

  • Lead the development of a CRM partner database and a streamlined sales process to identify, analyze and process new partner opportunities

  • Organize and participate in the day-to-day partner communications, strategy development, internal and external calls, meetings and travel organization

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product, operations and marketing to help with Partner onboarding and the implementation of Feather initiatives

What we look for in you

Five to ten years of experience in business development, strategic account management, organizational strategy, and project management.

  • Demonstrated interest in the CPG, tech, medical device or cannabis industries

  • General understanding of Business, marketing, product supply chain, research and project management

  • Sales knowledge and experience

  • Highly collaborative and comfortable working in a broad variety of different corporate cultures

  • Superior analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills, with superb attention to detail

  • High level of proficiency in CRM, Excel and project management software (Asana)

  • Must have strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional relationships and rapport

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and still meet deadlines

  • An innovative and creative thinker

Nice to have, but not critical:

  • Experience and knowledge of the CPG or similar industries

  • Cannabis industry experience
