Favor TechConsulting, LLC (FTC) is seeking a talented Business Intelligence Lead (IT Systems Analyst) with extensive government experience.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Role Overview: FTC is seeking a talented Business Intelligence Lead (IT Systems Analyst) to support the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA).

• Responsibilities:
  • Support the Government with analysis of business processes, metrics/finances, and organizational structure.  Work with large sets of data and filter down to a common understanding. 
  • Gather requirements from customers, create associated documentation, analyze findings, facilitate projects utilizing agile development methodologies.
  • Evaluating survey data, help write policy/standard operating procedures, capture requirements, interacting with customers at various levels, determine optimal solutions with end-users in mind. 
  • Construct and monitor dashboards, utilize data visualization products/tools.  Interact with  CI/HUMINT professionals and be familiar with CI/HUMINT systems and processes.     

• Over 5+ years of experience conducting analysis of IT business and information environments, activities, and events.
• Over 5+ years of experience finding trends, errors, and reviewing data with reporting writing skills.
• Creating and maintaining Dashboards for data analysis programs/projects.
• RMF experience
• Knowledge of DoD and/or DIA IT systems and software.
• Understanding of government and corporate structure.
• Understanding of IT system/software and their lifecycle.

Professional Certification(s):

Formal Education:

Bachelor’s Degree

Years of Professional Experience:

4-6 years of relevant subject matter experience, or specialized training and 4-8 years’ of subject matter experience.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Creating/utilizing dashboards for data analysis.
• Use and knowledge of business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, XACTA, etc.)
• Experience using large data sets for specific issues/problems and generating ideas & solutions.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Experience working in an environment with a high operational tempo. 
• Experience/knowledge in CI/HUMINT collections and reporting.
