Job Description

 

Fastemps is seeking a Part -Time Bookkeeper/ Payroll Coordinator at our Los Angeles location. You must have prior experience in an accounting role, payroll experience, advanced knowledge of Excel, and knowledge of the staffing industry is a plus.

This will be part-time weekly, consisting of three - 8 hour days per week.

Responsibilities of the part time Bookkeeper/ Payroll Coordinator:

  • AP/AR
  • Payroll processing
  • Answer and place calls to clients with professional and friendly phone etiquette.
  • Must be a problem solver
  • Operate office equipment such a computer, copier, scanner, fax, and printer.

Requirements of the part time Bookkeeper/ Payroll Coordinator:

  • Attention to detail
  • Payroll experience
  • Good oral and written communication
  • Time management and multitasking skills with ability to prioritize workflow
  • Must be Proficient in Excel
  • Knowledge of accounting software
  • Quick books knowledge Preferred

Starting hourly pay of the part time Bookkeeper/ Coordinator:

The starting pay for this position is $20-25/hr DOE
