Our client in Southwest Austin is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their team. This is a full time, Direct Hire opportunity into a great work environment at a quickly growing company. Shift: M-F 8a-5p

Salary: $38-40k

Job Description:

  • Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat
  • Host weekly training webinars for new clients
  • Troubleshoot and solve client issues in a timely manner
  • Assist other departments with on-boarding new clients

Job Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer support role, preferably with an SaaS organization
  • Experience using Zendesk is a huge plus
  • Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience demonstrating software over conference calls or web-sharing
  • A patient and positive attitude with excellent communication skills
